NEURO EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE (NET)
Free Your Mind
Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is a therapy used by licensed healthcare professionals that combines principles of traditional Chinese medicine, neuroscience, and psychology to help patients resolve emotional and physical issues. NET aims to identify and address unresolved emotional stress that may be causing physical symptoms, reduce performance, and/or impacting overall health.
Research studies support the use of NET in a range of conditions, including chronic neck pain (1), Low back pain and inflammatory biomarkers in people suffering from low back pain (2), spider phobias (3), traumatic stress response in cancer survivors (4), anovulatory infertility (case reports, 5), reduced flexibility (6), ADHD (7), PCOS induced anovulation (case reports, 8), and more.
The treatment process involves a thorough evaluation of the patient’s history and symptoms, followed by a physical examination (when warranted), and muscle testing to identify areas of the body that may be affected by emotional stress. The healthcare practitioner then uses a combination of acupressure, breathwork, visualization, and cognitive reframing techniques to release emotional blockages and promote healing.
NET is particularly effective in addressing the connection between emotional stress and physical symptoms. By identifying and resolving emotional stressors, patients may experience a reduction in physical symptoms such as pain, headaches, and digestive issues.
In addition to addressing physical symptoms, NET also focuses on improving emotional wellbeing. NET aims to help patients develop resilience and coping skills to manage stress and prevent future emotional imbalances.
Overall, Neuro Emotional Technique is a promising form of therapy that can help patients address both emotional and physical issues. Existing studies suggest that it may be a valuable tool in addressing a range of conditions.

This is a short example of one way NET can be done.
EXAMPLE 2
This is a short example of another method for NET, but in this video the actual treatment portion of the NET session is cut out. You only get to see the way in which the provider uncovers aspects of what the patient is dealing with.
