Hello everyone! Welcome back to the channel. It’s been a while since my last video, and I’m thrilled to reconnect with you all. A lot has happened in my life recently, and I’m eager to share some important updates that I believe will excite many of you.
Return of Tai Chi Classes
First and foremost, I am excited to announce that I will be offering Tai Chi classes again in the near future. I know many of you follow my videos because you may not have access to a local instructor. If you are in the Beaverton, Oregon area and are looking for in-person classes, please stay tuned for updates. Teaching Tai Chi in person is something I have truly enjoyed, and I can’t wait to get back to it.

Launching Apricot Health Clinic
Another thrilling update is that my wife and I are starting a clinic together, named Apricot Health Clinic. We are both very excited about this venture. Working at Cascade Medical Spa
In addition to the clinic, I am also working at Cascade Medical Spa and Tattoo Removal. This clinic focuses on aesthetic medicine, and I am thrilled to be part of such a phenomenal team. The owner of the clinic prioritizes the well-being of the patients, which is something I deeply appreciate. Expanding Content on Naturopathic Medicine
Previously, I started a separate channel dedicated to naturopathic medicine to keep this channel focused on Tai Chi and Qigong. Unfortunately, I only managed to post one or two videos on that channel due to time constraints. However, I plan to start adding more content to that channel moving forward. Resuming Video Posts
Lastly, I am excited to share that I will be resuming video posts on this channel. I know many of you have been waiting for new content, and I feel like I’ve been away for too long. Things have been quite hectic, but I am in the planning stages of filming new Tai Chi and Qigong content that I had intended to share a while ago. Stay tuned for that!
